Most drip bags on the market use 11g of coffee. We use 14g. It's not a small thing — that extra coffee is the difference between a thin, polite cup and one with real body to it. More coffee means a fuller, more comforting cup without losing the clean, balanced character we roast for. Same care as our whole beans, just easier.
